UNSW hosts a fantastic annual event for staff and their families to attend, with entertainment, lots of food trucks, activities and a transformation of the university grounds. Staff are rewarded for a huge effort throughout the year with performances from great local bands on multiple stages, a huge smorgasbord of incredible food options and a chance for families to experience university professional life with activations and activities for all.

We manage every aspect of the event, from shade structures, power delivery to stage production and stakeholder management. The attendance is always very large and requires carerful planning to ensure that the event runs perfectly, with thousands of meals being provided across a 3 hour period.
