dplr managed the North Sydney Council areas, including three managed vantage points of Bradfield Park, Blues Point Reserve and Lavender Bay, which saw an attendance of over 28,000 people, along with three low service sites - over 40 staff on the ground keeping guests safe, informed and entertained.

In partnership with Site Specific Events, our team worked tirelessly over many months to ensure these key vantage points were efficiently managed, including traffic and public transport planning, communications overlay, accessibility and inclusion initiatives, resident engagement, supplier scheduling, and representing the interests of the Northern foreshore in All-Agency meetings.
