dplr produced, programmed and choreographed Balloon Glow, a spectacular hot air balloon light show in Parramatta Park. The 15 minute time-coded multi-media show included flame jets, hundreds of colourful lighting fixtures and effects, and a fleet of eight hot air balloons, wowing a crowd of 10,000 people.

Bringing together the creative brief from City of Parramatta Council and working with our key suppliers FOTI fireworks, and Tour Lights, our team seamlessly wove together the multiple elements into a cohesive show.

Our team also managed the technical overlay of moving lights, distributed audio along the 100m of viewing area, and a large entertainment stage production that showcased musical performers throughout the day and during the balloon spectacular.
